There is a sign advertising a new business park on the steel fabrication properties at Barlow and 90th in the SE industrial parks. Buildings look like they are being torn down. Anyone know anything about this development?

I noticed those buildings were mostly gone and all asphalt/concrete was torn up as well. Also curious to what was happening there.

Good, that building is hideous as is. Anything is better than it currently is.

I like the pebbledash or exposed aggregate or whatever the concrete look of the old building. It's old but classic. Dignified.

The new look has no redeeming value to me. It just seems like they're spending money because old=bad.
