Yikes, all the high rises in Hamilton look so bad. The McMaster graduate residence looks like the only good one.

Anyone know what's going on with this one? Are they still refusing to sell with Realtors? I recalled someone pointing out they sold like 15 units here's a year ago. They have ads all over downtown, and had a bunch on social media for a while. I guess they didn't get the sales they were hoping for without using the realtor network?
