It would appear that McMaster University has put up aerial photos taken of Hamilton and the surrounding area since 1919. You can use the drop-down menu at the right to select different years. The earlier photos are really interesting, since you can actually see how the city developed over all these years.

The newer photos? For some reason they appear to be nonexistent. You can reach the page for them, but there is no actual link to the images. If anyone knows how to access them on that site, that'd be awesome, but somehow I think they just haven't gone up yet or aren't going to go up. Thus, as far as I can tell, anything after 1950 is inaccessible.

Just thought it might be an interesting resource for some of the people on here. For the record, I saw it first on the skyscraper page forums.
