Not sure if there is a thread for this yet, but this is the MZO lands near the Markham/Stouffville boundary. Forestville Villages: a proposed mixed-use 5 x 6-storey apartment, seniors home & office buildings and 17 x 3-storey townhouse blocks designed by IBI Group for Flato Developments and Wyview Group on the west side of Ontario Highway 48, north of 19th Avenue and north of the Markham border in Whitchurch-Stouffville's Dickson Hill neighbourhood.

What is the storey with these projects, are they stuck in limbo waiting for more servicing from Whitchurch-Stouffville? Are they part of the Doug Ford greenbelt controversies? It looks like the land was cleared and prepped a couple years ago and has sat dormant since.
