House Theatre: a proposed 6-storey mixed-use market-rate rental, commercial retail and theatre building designed by Archway and Associate Architect for Lyrical Investments on the north side of King Street West, west of Pearl Street and east of Locke Street in Hamilton's Strathcona neighbourhood.

With Site Plan Approval and Building Permits secured, the 434 King Street Theatre project will be market ready with a variety of commercial opportunities available and a targeted opening of 2022.

No active permits or development applications are currently publicly listed on Hamilton's website for this address.

In March 2020, the City ordered an unsafe order after a wind storm.
