Yes. Planet Organic has been closed for about a year, now and there are renovations going on the building as of now. I'll try to walk by and sneak a picture.
They also had ads for positions in the area all around Indeed and Facebook, so I'm fairly sure they're bound to open soon.
Also, I spoke with the real estate agent that was responsible for the leasing negotiations and he confirmed it about a month ago.

I found a few cached job-site posting for maintenance roles under company 'Jasper House Lp' so assuming it is just an LP owned by Maclab for the management of the physical apartment. (No confirmation though, only speculation)

New owner may be Rosedale Partnership, which operates seniors' homes locally as Rosedale Seniors' Living. I bet they are considering seniors for this tower proposal, like ONE Properties' Glenora Park project.
