A new application in the AIC for 1552 and 1572 Kingston Road.

A survey of this block in question, suggests this is the entire block to me.

Assuming this is the entire block, the area is: ~ 1900m2/20,400ft2
 
Halfway between Warden and Birchmount, this is just about the sorriest stretch of Kingston Road in the expanding universe. Here's hoping by the time the doors of whatever's coming here are flung open, it's the most bodacious. From the lot directly below, all the way to the bus:

This isnt going to help this stretch of Kingston Road out at all. This architect firm needs to gladly show themselves out of this city, they dont know what they're doing.
 
Can anyone else believe that @Paclo decided to keep the October resubmission here all to himself.......pffft.

Now I stumbled on this resubmission because........ see post below:
 
Following the re-submission noted above, the proponent filed an appeal with the OLT at the beginning of December.

This has generated an Appeals Report on the January agenda of SCC:


Planning has a number of issues with this as proposed............and I believe they are correct to say 'no' here.
