Even if Urban Capital gives you an occupancy date, I wouldn’t count on it. They are currently badly delayed with Harris Square and they aren’t giving purchasers any information. We are supposed to move in next Wednesday, but we know our unit isn’t finished. The developer is incompetent and lacks any customer service. Good luck!
