Ouff (and not in a good way) ...
Yeah, not great. Rendering shows white panels, but this looks like spandrel. Trying to create an interesting pattern with spandrel always ends up looking odd. Case and point is the AC Marriott on Rideau.

Honestly, it turned out a little better than I expected.
Yeah. It's a modern 70s slab. I don't hate it, but I also wouldn't want to many of these. Top of the page as a reminder that it's not at all as glassy as it appears. Never seen so many fake windows. Not sure if I like this better, or if I prefer when developers are more "transparent" (pun intended) about the amount of spandrel, like they are in Ottawa (see AC Marriott).
