Large-scale redevelopment of the former London Psychiatric Hospital lands by Old Oak, located at 850 Highbury Avenue North. The eastern leg of the London BRT will run directly alongside this property on Highbury and Oxford. Approximately 10,000 units are currently planned, and the current massing is showing the highest density along Highbury and Oxford as TOD. Maximum height on these parts of the property will be 22s, but I'm sure that these will end up being taller in the future. Demolition of some of the old buildings on-site is underway.

Revised application was made to the city to increase maximum building heights at the intersection of Highbury/Oxford to 32s, with all other parcels along those roads ranging from 20-30s, in addition to increases in allowable density.
