Alchemy Food & Drink at College & Delaware has closed. They had a decent run of 5 years or so here, but overall this is one of the higher turnover corners for retail:

That's unfortunate. I've only been there once for a brunch. The food was decent, albeit not too memorable. But the main appeal was the vintage, almost old-world interior decor.
