Two doors down, the lot was for sale last year. And the lot next door was also up for sale.
Looking at the pictures of this one for sale, I wonder if the infill infringement argument ("their windows overlook my backyard") contributed to the owners listing.

Ughhh. Some of these homes look so dated already. Terrible, just a terrible waste of resources. Imagine spending millions only having to spend more for renovations.

I suppose one reno after could give those who can afford it and have nothing better to do with their time something to keep themselves occupied.
The kitchen is fine, but I find the dining area in the picture above rather too bland. It is an impressive big space, so do something more interesting with it.
