(It may have to do with Transportation, but it's really a planning document, so I've put this thread in Toronto Issues.)

Lost with the news of the debate over Rob Ford's transportation plan and the purchase of the ARL vehicles, Metrolinx released a very wide-ranging planning policy document today.

The "Mobility Hub Guidelines" define Metrolinx's policy with regards to station design, station vicinity planning, and transportation-oriented development. It's pretty prescriptive, even including TOD density targets. Pretty heavy planning without really reading like a legal document, IMO.
