The Ibis Hotel in Miami will be constructed on this empty lot in Brickell which is known as the chicken lot because of all the chickens that roam around the area.

All the signage for the Ibis Hotel been removed from the lot. For the last several months it has been used as a staging area for other Brickell construction.
 
Lot has been cleared, it had been being used as a staging area for nearby projects. Construction of the hotel. which will be a Wyndham should start soon.
