Yes, but as recently as 2014 they were offering 7 year leases so it probably wont be any time soon unless they are buying the leases out. Outside the building they have put up signs announcing One Brickell so who knows.

Is the facade made out of grey marble? Or is it just concrete?

Marble, photo makes it look grey but it's more beige.
