Yes and if he even has a salary I really doubt the salary level is directly tied to the grant. It is probably a set or fixed amount already regardless. Most NPO's do it that way.if she’s not voting on that funding and where it is going, and if she’s not actively working for the NPO, what’s the conflict? Also, we’re talking about dollars in the low 5 figures…. This isn’t some massive conspiracy. The city has grants for these sorts of initiatives all the time.
