This $325 million (US) development was also announced last week and will have a 40 story Condo + Five star hotel and a 30 story apartment. City approvals will be required as it needs a height variance. The developers are Northern Capital Investments out of Michigan and Boston based 'Congress Group'.

From the Nashville Post...

For the project, a residential building (offering both apartments and condos) would offer 420 units, with a hotel, targeted to be five stars (Nashville has the Hermitage Hotel as its only five-star lodging property), to offer 225 rooms, according to the reports. The taller of the two buildings could stand upwards of 40 stories. Retail is expected.
