Another announcement that was completely under the radar so much that excavation is actually underway. It will be built on a piece of property recently bought from the developers of the 33 story J W Marriott which is excavating both their property and the Crescent property. So it looks like the two will go up side by side..

The J W Marriott Hotel is excavating for their 33 story building and apparently are also excavating the adjacent lot which was sold by the J W developers to the Crescent developers just recently. Probably part of the deal, I would guess.
