The Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) has released renderings for what will soon become the firm's first residential project to date in New York City. Known for now as 121 East 22nd Street, the Office for Metropolitan Architecture- and SLCE Architects-designed 133-unit condo tower will be built by the Toll Brothers, and include two interconnected towers, standing at 18 and 13 storeys respectively, with frontages along both 22nd and 23rd Streets.
