The project adds a 1 story retail podium between the existing tower and the street on the current grassy area, a penthouse unit on top of the existing tower, and a 12 story apartment tower with ground floor retail on the parking lot next to the existing tower. It is all some awesome infill to fill an enormous streetscape gap between Downtown and the up and coming Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District immediately to the south of this site.
