The developer has been making a lot of news about it and just recently secured a $25 Million loan for the project (about 1/20th of the cost, but they have a lot of money in hand.). They also have $93 Million in tax breaks. The rumor is that work will start in a few months, but it has been that way for 6 YEARS. I'll be sure to keep you updated as I have been anticipating this one for a while.

The project was redesigned quite a few times before the final look was locked in place!
