There have apparently been issues of a stiletto heel wedged in an escalator, rats and mice in the building, bad sushi in the employee cafeteria, and Times Square costumed characters crowding the entrances to take advantage of tourists visiting the Memorial and Observation Deck, not to mention the icicles that would grow on the facade and fall off. That required a huge scaffolding, but apparently no longer as it did not appear this year. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/01/fashion/conde-nast-one-world-trade-center.html http://ny.racked.com/2015/2/27/8121235/conde-nast-world-trade-center http://nypost.com/2015/02/25/conde-nasts-spoiled-team-is-already-fed-up-with-1wtc/ A small handful of others now occupy the building, including TV Stations CBS, PBS, and NBC, which will broadcast from the antenna/spire. Expect it to get covered in broadcast dishes and crap. http://therealdeal.com/2016/02/18/durst-signs-four-broadcast-tenants-at-1-wtc/ Now for some pictures of the building Lower far left Attachments DSCN4293.JPG 1.3 MB · Views: 152 DSCN4297.JPG 1.3 MB · Views: 149 DSCN4693.JPG 847.1 KB · Views: 146
