The New York Wheel
The piling machines are located at the footings of the Wheel, some of which are complete. There are retail stores here as well, and the two sites are separated by the baseball stadium and the Staten Island 9/11 Memorial. A generous brick paver walkway connects all of the sites to the ferry terminal.

The other massive outlet mall project much closer to the ferry terminal. This is actually Empire Outlets. The Wheel is a quarter mile away beyond the baseball stadium.
