Wow, this looks like it's got a tiny floorplate. I wonder how many units there are per floor.
 
It can be seen in the gap between 1 WTC and the World Financial Center towers. It is quite unbelievable that the building in front of it with the small dome was once the tallest in the world! It is the oldest surving building to have held the title of "World's Tallest Building".
