I kinda think it'll be First and Park also. Even though the condo market is slow, it's a great location. Who knows though, if there were workers at the Connaught gardens site, it might be next.

A construction tender has just been released. According to the information it is 270 residential units, 28 stories tall with 4 levels of parkade. Excavation starting next quarter with targeted completion is Q3-4 2024.

That is a VERY optimistic DP timeline. Maybe though, it kind of happened for Hat 14th Street. I remain skeptical though.

I’m going with 4th street lofts… I may or may not have looked at the other posts in this thread
