Here's the result of the poll from last November. First and Park had the most votes, and was indeed the first out of the list to break ground. 4th street lofts was second in the poll, and was also 2nd on the list. This next round is any large project over say... 50 units..

That would be my guess too. The trickier prediction will be which one after Park Point 2?

For that, I’m going with Sovereign.
 
Gallery doesn't have a permit yet (not even submitted). However, they could get one in soon, have it approved in like 4 months if all goes well, and be in the ground in the spring. It has a strong possibility, but my gut is Sovereign, since they are further ahead in the process. I haven't seen sales figures for Sovereign, but assume they are having similar success.
