why the regret?! I think when the market goes up again hardly find something like this and who already bought a unit there is the winner.
I think that's a stretch, the average sqft price will have to improve by over 300sqft to feel like a winner on this condo. Don't think the market will move that much....maybe in 10 years you'll look like a hero.

first of all we all should be positive otherwise we lose before a loss!
then what is happening in the economy effects all recent investors on the condos & there is no better solution than being patience.
at the end where did you get that 300sqft from? do you have any facts or calculation for it?
thanks with respect.

Anyone regretted making a purchase at this building?
...most tend to wait to see what it looks like and the quality of build before those regrets start rolling in, I thinks.

There is certainly a lot of negativity surrounding new condos in the city. I definitely want to be positive. I based my calculations on what the average price of this project was selling for when it hit 70% sold and obtained building permit, if I recall somewhere back at the beginning of 2022. Price per sqt foot was approx. 1400. Fast forward 2 years from now...my guess is we'll be around 1100 sqft . Just a guess, and i hope it's higher.

always hope, because hope is good. LOL.
depends on the quality of the buildings we can say what is the price of it, right now Toronto "luxury" Pre constructions condos are starting at $1500sqft+
do you think this building is Luxury or not? HOPE it is.

This was not sold as a luxury building; however I think it will be nice based on the renderings.
