There is a lot of cracks in the concrete sidewalks in those photos. Also, hot garbage for bike racks!

I doubt 106 streetscaping will be done this fall, even half of it. Totally weather dependent though.

There is some work going on in the park today, but not on 106 Street.

A few years ago they made the decision to have a limited catalog created for street furniture and the like to minimize expenses and improve repair timelines.
My guess is that there is enough 'sense of place' stuff in the park that these would be unnecessary.

I honestly really like the choice of pavement for the park. Even that bit of texture makes it look nicer that just regular concrete

^Agreed. And love the temp fencing to ensure people don't' walk over the new plants.
City is working internally on an operations plan for the park, the league is hoping to see a copy in the near future.
