Wow, i reviewed the 'preview pricing' with my agent and it will be interesting to see how well the units sell. They are definitely going after a different market than Pace with most larger (over 1,000 sf) and about $700,000 (+/- $580 psf). For that kind of money i'm not sure Shuter and Jarvis is where I'd want to live.
