This used to be 482 Richmond (corner of Richmond and Berkeley. Last time I walked by they were excavating the basement and it looks to me as though they went overboard!

Rather pedestrian looking, but the glass and spandrel treatment here still looks better than the Berczy's upper half disaster.

Could anyone give me an estimate of when the, for lack of a better term, "noisy work" at this project will be complete? I've got an event at the Berkeley Field House/Church coming up in August and last time I visited in the fall, the noise coming from this project was incredibly loud.

I'd say the bulk of the noisy work is done. Finish the cladding and then most of the work is inside.
