Despite the various uncompleted sections, especially on the barrette street side, there was some furniture out on the courtyard balconies so I assume there are people living in there.

I was appreciating the materials used here. The glass with the the bird dots, the brickwork and the metal all look very solid and clean.

And they're making progress on the sidewalks. The barrette street side has an area for some plants. On the beechwood side there's gonna be an extension of the bike lane, but also maybe a bay for on street parking? (Or maybe just a big nice patio).

It seems to be pretty much done, as far as I can tell

Although they do seem to be building a gate to keep nosy people like me out...

They have a very fancy screen at the front door

Also, the section of Barrette behind it is going to be resurfaced tomorrow, so construction won't be quite done for the neighborhood.

I know we all like to rag on the architecture choices made in this city, especially for high-rise towers, but I would say that Ottawa generally excels in these kinds of high quality mid-rise buildings. I would rather see dozens of these 6-9 storey buildings go up everywhere rather than tall towers sporadically. I prefer the more human-scaled built forms, similar to what you would find in a lot of European cities.
