There was a soil testing crew out taking measurements, so actual groundworks could begin in about 3 months, after they finish designing the foundations. This is a multi-building project that will eventually fill in these parking lots, hopefully.

Sure enough, 3 months later and they are piling. A RiverLine Light Rail train can be seen in the first image behind the site. A ferry on the other side connects to the Philadelphia Riverfront.
