Did you buy or is it owned by someone you know? Also, what was the balcony like and was it the middle unit on the south side?

I pretended to be looking for a rental unit so I got the tour. One north unit (like your pictures), one on the west and this one on the south.

The balcony was off the living room. There was a bedroom to the west of the living room but it didn't have access to the balcony.

Some 700 sq feet. They wanted $1625 per month. It came with a locker and parking.
