I would love to have something on the 4th floor though!

I was at the final release today. The building looks quite nice and is almost fully complete. I saw a few people moving in today in fact.
There were quite a few people looking at units given the terrible weather.
I would say that the general feeling was quite mixed. It seems like a love/hate building. It is certainly non-traditional and that probably puts quite a few people off.

The hallways are all open air towards dundas. you can see that big wall actually has holes in it to let light in and all that.
Pretty interesting building, very impressed. The rooftop ones had stairs to their own rooftop patios. Around 330k, amazing price.

1 bedrooms for 299 (615 sqft + 110 balcony), bachelor for 275, parking is an extra 30k locker is 3k.
