I don't think Harry meant to screw anyone either, I actually kinda like the guy, but I highly doubt he will be working 'the rest of his life' paying back those people who have lost out by investing in his project.

The guy is indefatigable, he will be back with some new scheme even if he has to change his name and get a facelift.

I don't think that's fair to Harry. He got in way in over his head, but I certainly doubt he intended to screw anyone over.

Reading over some of the things he's done, I'm not sure that's the case. He may not have wanted to do it in the grand scheme of things, but it appears he was willing to do it in certain instances.

New Proposal...maybe

I couldn’t help but notice on Emporis (not the most reputable source) but there is a proposal for a 60 story building called “Skyline International Development Inc. Tower”. I’m thinking that this is a new proposal for the site where the “Sapphire Tower" was going to be (note: Richmond st. West). Anyone know more….

A new thread should probably be started. Sapphire is pushing up the daisies, shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and has joined the choir invisibile. This is an ex-building.

This building wouldn't voom if you put 4,000,000 volts through it.

Thread closed.
