Reminds me of some of the small towns in Muskoka or Haliburton. Thanks for the pictures.
 
I love the small towns North of Montreal. They might even beat the Muskokas in terms of beauty.

HA. one of the largest disconnects between name of restaurant and type of food offered that I've ever seen.
 
^ Despite its name, the restaurant is decent enough. Good Vietnamese or Chinese restaurants are hard to find in Quebec because most of them cater to non-Asians.

Thank goodness the markings on that cycle path are so extensive and legible. Otherwise, there could be some dreadful accidents, given the huge amount of traffic they must have.
 
Those people should be contracted to do the markings on the Martin Goodman Trail; it might help people to sort out how to keep to the right ... :\
