It's Lockheed Martin Canada, a US company?

Welcome to the complex world of multinationals. US parent. But they are a distinct branch, with all Canadian employees and obligated to keep intellectual property developed in Canada here. CMS 330 was developed for the Halifax Class by another company they bought. They've developed it and heavily marketed it since then. Most of that billion dollar sale is coming to Canada.
