I definitely agree that this is a good facade treatment that feels architecturally honest and smart- for the majorty of the facade, it places the most expensive glazing in the most visible areas, it has little-to-no spandrel in the window wall, and uses solid materials where the facade is solid.

None of the punched-window-wall-pretending-to-be-all-glass sort of architectural deceit like at the Britt, or the West Block Est. 1928.
 
I drive by this a couple of times a week and it is a pleasant surprise. This was ripe for value engineering and it is nice to see they didn't go that route. Not groundbreaking but a well-executed piece of work so far.
