Any thoughts on this project? The units seem very small, 650 Sq ft for a 2 bedroom. This keeps the prices fairly low when compared to other developments, the same 650 Sq ft unit is selling for approx $330,000. While the cost per sq ft is in the $500 - $530.

it's sold very well on the opening few weeks. Something like 400 units snapped up
