Personally, I don't like small kitchens or walk-in closets nor large terraces.
If I had that unit though, I'd definitely hope that the terrace has a gas line for BBQ.

Don't know about the floor plan, but I might be more interested in unit 502 or 508.

Not the biggest fan of narrow layouts like these. The Living/Dining feels kinda squished.

I really like the massive terrace though - if it had a gas line and the view was awesome, I might be able to overlook my issues with the interior. Bonus if the glass was true floor to ceiling and not broken up by mullions or grills.

What? Who doesn't like walk-in closets and large terraces?? Considering the number of 850sf 2-bedroom bowling alley units out there, any corner unit with over 70 feet of glazing like this one can be made to work. It's as close as it gets to living in an expansive house. This layout looks made for an eat-in kitchen centered on a giant island to provide all the counter space you need. What's the price for this unit?
