UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of T. Valeri Construction Limited (Owner) to prepare and submit applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the lands municipally known as 73-89 Stone Church Road West & 1029 West 5th Street, in the City of Hamilton. The proposed infill development entails a ten (10) storey multiple dwelling with 237 units and 241 parking spaces. In addition, the proposal consists of 70 surface parking spaces and 171 underground parking spaces for a total of 241 spaces. To facilitate this proposal, the planning applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton on April 23, 2019.

OPA, ZBLA & SPA approved at OLT in January 2022.

I can excuse bad architecture the same way the city has been. It’s all about the investment, and really there’s no point nitpicking until a large amount of projects like these are built. Let’s get Hamilton to a decent running stride before commenting on the form.
