This has some revised info from June: 126 total units (81x 1 bed+den, 44x 2 bed, and a single 1 bed unit), 163 at-grade parking spaces and 138 bicycle spaces.
Considering this is also a request to change the zoning from 'Neighbourhood Commercial Centre" to "Specialized Medium Density Residential" I really hope (and I have a feeling that) the city will respond by asking for some ground floor commercial space here. Although this will likely remain a fairly quiet pocket of the city far into the future, it is located at the intersection of two arterial roads and is an accessible location for much of the surrounding neighbourhood.
