Ugh. Madison Group is capable of way better urban spaces. And owns multiple HUGE properties in the city. They could do something so incredibly awesome with these properties, yet we get this. Makes me so sad.
I know Cambridge isn't exactly viewed as a bastion of urbanism (especially here), but we could be building seriously awesome suburbs if we insist on only building suburbs. And once this gets built, there's really no correcting this mistake. Yes, it makes me sad, but with so little greenfield space left within the city (which is, in its own right, an impending catastrophe), it makes me mad that this.... THIS is what we're choosing to do with it.
