According to First Capital's 2020 Q1 Investor Presentation, construction on this project is slated to begin in 2021

Construction timeline seems reasonable. Looking forward to this filling in one of the last pieces of un-urbanized land and completing the streetscape on that stretch of King West.

Likewise, absurdly narrow. I would hope the City has safety guidelines around this. As pictured I'd be worrying about clipping other bikes or pedestrians going in the opposite direction, and traffic on the path could slow completely to a crawl if there's no space for anyone to safely pass each other. Hopefully this is just an issue of the person who did the rendering unintentionally rendering the people far too large or the space too narrow.

That happens whenever the City and the developer have continued to talk post-appeal and have reached a settlement. Happens a lot these days.
