They don't even have the soil remediation related shoring permit here, nor do they have Drain/Site Service.

This may be being held back in part, because demolition hasn't started on the 1117 site next door.

This is moving too slowly for my taste.

Post-NOAC technical resubmission here in pursuit of permit issuances. All submitted permits remain pending (new build, hvac/mech, plumbing, Drain & Site Service)

The demolition permit for 1117 Danforth has been in hand since April:

For that site specifically, they haven't resolved Drain/Site service from March/April

1111 Danforth is equally stuck on the same time period.

@Paclo reported back in early July that there was a technical resubmission, and we can't get permits in 12 weeks? C'mon.............

If anyone's interested YT from CoA today:

Long story short - most of the changes are "due" to the Theatre they are re-building and the addition of Geothermal requiring a larger MPH. But was overall positive and was approved.
