Proposed redevelopment of a commercial plaza with 2nd floor offices. The proposal is a 15 storey apartment building with ground floor commercial and 3 floors of underground parking.

Located at the northeast corner of Dundas Street East and Constitution Boulevard/Stanfield Road, 1 light east of Tomken Road. 1125 Dundas St E is highlighted in red:

Dear Resident, I have arranged a Community Meeting on Thursday, October 3rd at 7:00 pm at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Fleetwood Village Room) – 1500 Gulleden Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 1125 Dundas Street East by 1000552458 Ontario Inc. The land is currently designated Mixed Use in Mississauga Official Plan and zoned C3 (General Commercial). The applicant is proposing to redesignate the lands to Residential High Density and to rezone the lands to RA5-Exception (Apartments) to permit the redevelopment of the property with a 15 storey apartment building with commercial uses on the ground floor and 3 levels of underground parking.
