In addition to pursuing Tier 3 of The City of Toronto Green Standard, we are exploring the feasibility of becoming the first condominium in the city to achieve Passive House standards.

Holy. That looks amazing.

Thankfully, this is coming from Devron, who has a portfolio that includes The Winslow and The Vanguard, which are similar styles. So I have confidence that this isn't going to be too watered down in the end.

The Vanguard is a hilarious cheapout version of One St. Thomas which misses everything that building got right. The podium / at-grade portions are especially atrocious.
