The brick actually looks better than in the renderings.
I like how long and thin the bricks are. The random lengths and slightly tumbled texture along with subtle shade variation gives it almost a stone appearance. I‘m happy they didn’t scrimp on the brickwork and the labour that’s involved to install it.
 
Today. In the rain. Window ledges and vent coverings placed. And of course, more non-simulated brick being placed.

BDPQ have a bunch of neat stuff in various stages of planning coming up, but yeah this and Rush Condos are both pretty stellar. Honorable mention IMO also goes out to DUKE Condos and Enigma on the Park in terms of other recently completed projects in the city.
 
The new rendering is taken from the architectural plan via Minor variance submission. The following changes are as followed: 112 units to 122 units and 54.56m to 54.45m.
