Pouring penthouse floors (x2), I bet. The wall forms seem that much higher at 9 feet;

The windows are supposed to have anti-bird strike markings on them, usually a baked-on enamel frit, from ground up to 12 metres. Is it possible that these windows were supposed to have been installed on higher floors? They look good otherwise.

Hi everyone. I bought a condo here and I am new to Toronto. In your opinion, when is the building likely to be finished and occupancy allowed? We are told August. Is this realistic?

As a condo observer just eyeballing the progress made here so far, I'd say maybe around October to November is more realistic for occupancy.

August sounds a bit too optimistic IMO. As there's still quite a lot left to do in terms of exterior and especially interiors.
