2 Poole Street (AKA "Victoria Park Village, Block 107"): a proposed 10-storey apartment building and 12 x 4-storey stacked townhouse blocks designed by ABA Architects for Mikmada Homes (operating as "Victoria Park Village Inc") on the north side of Decorso Drive, west of Victoria Park Road South and east of Hutchinson Road in Guelph's Farnham area.

OPA was refused in June 2022 and the proponent has appealed the decision to the OLT, with a merit hearing scheduled for August 14, 2023.
